6 Gaming Rules

8.2 Closure at the User's Initiative

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, any pending wagering requirements must be met and verified balances may be withdrawn.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If an account has no transactions for 12 consecutive months, it will be considered inactive. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts, which will be deducted from the balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account will be automatically terminated.
